Our Return Policy
For merchandise other than home decor collections (or disclosed on product and/or collection page) returns will be accepted. However customer will be responsible for shipping fees. CoLores Decor will provide a paid label when customer is exchanging for different size only.
1. START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE & PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL
Email us at colorescustomerservice@gmail.com. Upon completion, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. RETURN LABEL
Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
