When these dishes popped up on my insta feed I was immediately brought back to Bacalar, Quintana Roo Mexico where meals were made to perfection and time was slow to enjoy each others company. I could simply design my kitchen around the Puebla dinnerware. A meal of grilled pulpo and finished off with dessert and coffee.
